Madison Seller Kitchen Renovation Project Part 2
The first step was sketching out an idea of the way we wanted the kitchen to look based on what was already there, that we could work with. There was nice knotty pine original cabinetry, the owners already had good stainless steel appliances, and had a wonderful large alcove space that would make a great pantry. There was plenty of storage space.
As is common with these projects, a lot is done by trial and error. The first color for the base cabinets did not work so well—it was too dark—so we were back to the drawing board.
We found out that we chose the right color but it was not mixed properly. Shelby went back & had it remixed and here was the result!
Next week, we’ll discuss the doors for the upper cabinets. See you then!
